Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Effective
J&T Solutions Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Diced, 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, DE 19808, United States, is a data broker. We sell information about consumers and professionals in the United States to businesses for marketing and sales. You can stop us from selling your information, ask us to delete it, ask what we hold, or ask us to correct it, using this page. It is free, and you do not need a Diced account.
Choose a request
Do not sell or share my personal information. We stop selling and sharing your information, and stop offering it for targeted advertising. It takes effect within minutes of your request: your records no longer appear in customer searches, previews, reveals, watched audiences or enrichment matches. You do not need to verify your identity for this. You can give an email address, a phone number or both.
Delete my information. We delete the records we hold that match your email address, and we stop selling your information. We keep a one-way hash of your email and phone on our suppression list, so your records are not added back later. A deletion request needs your email address, because that is how we confirm the request is yours. You can add a phone number too.
Tell me what you have about me. We send you a copy of the records we hold that match your email address, and tell you how many customer workspaces unlocked them. We do not name the customers in this summary. [CONFIRM: whether naming the categories, or the specific businesses on request in Oregon and Minnesota, needs a separate process.]
Correct my information. Tell us what is wrong and what it should be. We review the request and correct the record, or delete it if we cannot confirm the right value. Correction requests need your email address so we can confirm the request is yours.
What to enter
- An email address, a phone number, or both for an opt-out. Delete, access and correction requests need an email address; a deletion can also include a phone number. We find your records by these values. If you have more than one email or phone, send a request for each one, because we can only match what you give us.
- What to correct, for a correction request.
- A check that you are a person. Cloudflare Turnstile keeps bots from flooding the form.
We use what you enter only to handle your request, keep a record of it, and keep you on our suppression list. We do not sell it or add it to our data. Our answer on this page is the same whether or not we hold information about you.
What happens next
- Opt-out requests take effect within minutes. If you gave an email address, we email you a confirmation when it's done. If an unusually large number of opt-outs arrive at once, for example from a script, we may hold them for review first; we still act on genuine requests within 15 business days.
- Delete, access and correction requests need us to confirm that the email address is yours. We email you a link. Open it and press "Confirm my request". The link works once and expires after 48 hours. If you do not confirm it, we do not act on the request, and you can send it again.
- Once you confirm, we email you to say we got the request. We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, up to another 45 days, we will tell you why.
- We email you when the request is complete. For an access request, that email comes with the summary of what we hold.
What we can and cannot do
- New searches stop. Once an opt-out or deletion takes effect, customers can no longer find or reveal your records through Diced.
- Copies customers already have. Businesses that bought your record before your request keep the copy they downloaded. They agreed to use it only for lawful marketing and to honor opt-outs. Ask any business that contacts you to stop, and it must. [CONFIRM: whether Diced will forward your request to customers that already received your record.]
- Phone numbers. Several people can share a phone number, and we cannot confirm a phone number by email. A phone number in an opt-out or deletion request on this page stops sales of records with that number, but we only delete records that match your email address. To delete by phone number alone, email legal@diced.si and we will confirm your identity another way.
- Calls, texts and emails from businesses. Diced does not call, text or email the people in its data. To stop marketing from a business, use its unsubscribe link or tell it to stop. You can also add your number to the National Do Not Call Registry at donotcall.gov.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. Our websites do not collect visitor data for sale or advertising, so the signal has nothing on the website itself to turn off. When you send a request on this page, we record whether your browser sent the signal, either as the Sec-GPC: 1 request header or through the browser's navigator.globalPrivacyControl setting. If it did, we treat the request as including an opt-out of sale and sharing for the email address and phone number you enter. That opt-out takes effect within minutes, even for a delete, access or correction request you have not confirmed yet. The form tells you when it sees the signal.
California residents: DROP
You can also use the California Privacy Protection Agency's Delete Request and Opt-out Platform, known as DROP, to send one deletion request to every registered data broker at once. We process DROP requests at least every 45 days.
Asking for someone else
An authorized agent can make a request for you. The agent must give us your signed permission or a power of attorney. We may ask you to confirm your identity or the permission directly. Agents should email legal@diced.si with "Authorized agent request" in the subject.
